Now a Days the world are suffering From One of the biggest pandemic ever in History.People are more scared towards Covid-19 moslty due to death ratio,so everyone now a days one question only to Health Guider or physician what are the foods or excercise we do to boost immunity?
Good nutrition is crucial for health, particularly in times when the immune system might need to fight back. Limited access to fresh foods may compromise opportunities to continue eating a healthy and varied diet. It can also potentially lead to an increased consumption of highly processed foods, which tend to be high in fats, sugars and salt.Some general Food are like.,
Vitamin:
Vitamin is one of the most important things in crona virus infection mostly patients should focus on vitamin C.and vitamin D,for vitamin C patients have to eat vitamin c reach fruits like orange lemon etc this all fruit boost the immunity and reduce the effect of crona virus on human body ,and for vitamin D ,Since our main source of vitamin D is sunlight, this advice is especially important for people who are indoors much or all of the time.to come out early in morning and get natural Vitamin.
Adding Vegitable in Diet:
As we all know vegitable is natural medication given by God's.as we all improve the vegitable in diet that person will not have mostly any kind of physical problems.mostly green leafy vegetables is help to provide a better immunity power as well as making bone strong and increase Hb level..
Stopping Alcohol:

Drinking more water will provide a healthy immune to your body at least 7-9glass of water in a day you should drink it will help all body cell to hydrate and healthy,as well as you can use the hydrate fruits and drink like milk and all also.

2).Kiwis,hepls to boost immunity and best anti oxidant.
3).Papaya,this fruit is natural vaccination helps to provide vitamin C and also contains enzyme wich have anti inflammatory effect.
4). Turmeric,you can take turmeric wich any thing ,Tumeric bolsters the immune system by stimulating antibody formation.
5).Giner and Garlic,this two Vegitable have the natural power to fight again the illness.
